Can you make custom jewelry?

Yes — we can create custom designs and source gemstones from semi-precious to precious, including emerald, sapphire, and ruby (no diamonds).

Are prices in my local currency?

Yes — prices are displayed in your local currency if supported, or in USD by default.

Are your gemstones natural?

Yes — all are 100% natural and authentic, with slight variations that make each piece unique.

Will my stone look exactly like the photos?

Natural gemstones vary slightly in shape, size, and color tone. These variations are part of their beauty.

Do you accept returns?

No returns for hygiene reasons, except for damaged or incorrect orders reported within 48 hours.

Do your pieces come with a certificate?

Yes — each piece includes an authenticity certificate from our gemology team.

Do you offer half sizes or custom ring sizing?

Our rings are made in standard full sizes (Women’s US 5–9, Men’s US 8–13). If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up. Most jewelers can easily resize your ring for a perfect fit.
